Doses required for four people: 4 pork rolls, 1/2 glass of extra virgin fruity olive oil “delicate” Logoluso, 2 cloves of garlic, bay leaves, fennel seeds, salt, pepper, 1 glass of dry white wine.
In a large pan, heat half a glass of Extra Virgin Olive Oil with two cloves of garlic and a bay leaf. Add the salted and peppered rolls. Brown on one side, turn, salt and pepper and sprinkle with fennel seeds. Sprinkle with a glass of dry white wine and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with the cooking sauce.
