Doses required for four people: 400 g of bucatini , 1 onion, garlic, 350 g of tomatoes, 1/2 yellow pepper, 100 g of green olives, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon parsley, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 5 tablespoons of extra-virgin fruity olive oil “delicate” Logoluso.
Fry chopped onion and garlic and brown the coarsely chopped peppers.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper and half of the pitted olives and cook for 10 minutes. Finally add the parsley.
Season the pasta with the sauce, the remaining olives and the Parmesan.
