Logoluso Oil Mill was born in 1912 in Bisceglie, small city on the Adriatic Sea full of farmers, pleased by Mediterranean weather and calcareous soil karst type, ideal habitat for olive trees.
From 4 generations it carries on the old tradition of cold kneading of olives, “Coratina” and “Ogliarola Barese” variety, hand collection at the right grade of maturation.
Today this Oil Mill is full of Technological machines and managed by brothers Annamaria and Francesco Logoluso, heirs of values and teachings by their father Onofrio. In addition to olives from our family farm, we transform as well olives well selected from local and loyal growers, to ensure goodness, safety, authenticity og extra virgin olive oil “typically Pugliese” to our guests.
The love for our history and the coherent choice to believe in high quality are demonstrated with great production techniques, collection, extraction and preservation.
The control of the whole supply chain allows us to obtain an oil which guarantees unchanged for long time, taste and beneficial effect on our body.
We offer high quality oils, exclusively obtained from Apulian olives “Coratina” and “Ogliara Barese” variety worked according to tradition handed down to us and big variety of other excellent products and efficient services.
We prefer direct contact to better meet individual needs.
