Doses required for four people: 1 sea bream of 800 g, tomatoes in small pieces, 100 g of black olives, extra-virgin fruity olive oil “delicate” Logoluso, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper.
Remove the entrails from the sea bream, remove the scales and wash it well. Grease a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, place the fish salted and peppery both inside and outside. Season with two tablespoons of white wine vinegar and two of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add the black olives and the tomatoes. Put the pan into a hot oven and cook for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
