Doses require for four people: a rabbit of about 1 kg clean and ready for cooking, 8 artichokes, a bunch of fresh garlic, a glass of dry white wine, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin fruity olive oil “intense” Logoluso.
Cut the rabbit, already gutted, into small pieces and place it in a pan with very little water (just to prevent it from sticking to the bottom) and white wine. After a few minutes pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chopped fresh garlic and the artichokes cut into four parts. Stir well and cook for 30 minutes. Serve adding a string of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
