Doses required for four people: 8 artichokes, 1,5 kg potatoes, a bunch of fresh garlic, 2 dl of extra-virgin fruity olive oil “intense” Logoluso, salt, pepper in grains.
Peel the artichokes and cut them in half. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rather large pieces. In a mixture obtained with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh garlic and peppercorns, pour the artichokes and the diced potato. Season with salt, add hot water and cook. Serve the soup very hot, with a small addition of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
